1.  How do I place an order?
You may place an order using our online shopping cart, or you may call our sales department at 800-656-1961. Since standard email correspondence is not sufficiently secure to protect personal and financial information, we request that you do not place orders via standard email.
   
2. Why are some items not available through the online shopping cart?
Some items require special shipping and selection procedures, which we need to discuss with you. Our goal is to assist you in locating the product that fits your needs, and that it is shipped to you in an economical and efficient way.
   
3. Can I get more information about a product before ordering?
We will be glad to discuss product specifications and applications with you at any time. We can also provide you with manufacturer's literature on many items, which we can send to you via email or regular mail. Please call our customer support department at 800-656-1961, or you may email us. We can also supply you with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for products, if available.
   
4. Do you offer samples of your products?
Before making a substantial purchase, you may want to sample a product, especially if you are chemically sensitive, have allergies, or have other health conditions that may cause concern with regard to using our products. We can sell you samples of many of our products so that you can see and/or test the product first hand. The cost of the sample (less shipping) is refunded when you return it in its original condition (samples of liquid products such as paints, coatings, cleaners and strippers are not returnable). The shipping cost for the sample is refunded if you make a purchase of the product sampled. Nature Neutral will not be responsible for the decision to test or the method of testing, nor will Nature Neutral be responsible or liable for testing procedures or adverse reactions that may result from use of our products.
   
5. How do I make sure a paint color is exactly what I want?
We offer sample fan decks with all 940 colors offered by both of our paint manufacturers. If you need custom colors we recommend you order a fan deck (see item 4. above) and choose a color from that list. Since we cannot accept returns of custom colored paint, you may also want to order a quart to test a color before ordering larger quantities.
   
6. Can you match an existing paint color I have in my home or office?
In most cases we can provide custom matching. Additional charges apply and it may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks to receive your order. Call us for details at 800-656-1961 and press 2 for the customer support department.
   
7. Do you collect sales tax on your orders?
You are responsible for any sales taxes with respect to your purchase. All prices quoted in this site are exclusive of taxes and shipping charges and are stated in US Dollars. We will collect any applicable sale tax from you at the time of checkout, as we are required to by law. If you claim an exception from sales tax, you must provide us with a copy of your valid exemption certificate in order for us to credit your account.
   
8. When will charges appear on my Credit Card?
For standard orders we charge your credit card when your order is shipped. For custom orders such as carpet, sheet linoleum and custom paint colors we charge 50% of the price when the order is placed and the remaining 50% when the order is shipped.
   
9. How am I notified of order confirmation when I purchase online?
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. RECEIVING AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER. NATURE NEUTRAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT THE QUANTITY OF ITEMS ORDERED AND/OR REFUSE TO SELL TO ANY CUSTOMER.
   
10.  What if a price is misquoted, or other information is wrong on the site?
Nature Neutral uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the pricing and other information provided on this site is accurate; however, Nature Neutral reserves the right to correct any information, including information relating to any orders such as pricing.
   
11. Can I cancel my order?
If your product order has not been made available to the shipper, you may cancel your order. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may apply. Services orders may only be cancelled as allowed under the particular terms of the service.
